Data and privacy
What we collect, what we never ask for, and what you control. The short version of our privacy policy, for owners deciding whether to connect their accounts.
What we use
- Public information about your business: name, address, phone, website, Google profile and its reviews.
- The AI answers we collect when we check you, and the sites they cite.
- Your account: your name and email, and your team's.
- Accounts you choose to connect (Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Clarity, Bing), read only for what the report needs.
What we never ask for
- Patient records, client files or customer lists. Clinics: nothing medical, ever.
- Card details. Payments go through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
- Passwords to your accounts. Connections use the provider's own sign-in, and you can remove them at any time.
What you control
- Nothing is published on your behalf without your approval, fix by fix.
- Disconnect any account from Settings at any time; we stop reading it immediately.
- Ask us to export or delete your data, and we will.
Where it's kept
- On our cloud providers' servers, which may be outside your country, including outside the UAE.
- If you're in the UAE, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies to your personal data. We keep personal data to the minimum the service needs.
- Raw AI answers are kept for 12 months, then summarized.
