Questions
- What does a deep scan ask?
- 25 questions a customer in the business's city would ask, on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, twice each: 250 answers. A weekly pulse re-asks the top 5 questions once on each surface (25 answers), and a prospect audit asks 20 once on each (100 answers).
- Are there credits or overage fees?
- No. Every plan includes all 5 AI surfaces and a set number of businesses, scans and audits, so you know the cost per client before you sign. When you reach a limit, the app tells you and shows the plan that lifts it. We never charge you more on our own.
- What counts as a tracked business?
- Each business you track with scheduled scans. A business that serves several cities is checked in each one, and each extra city counts as one more tracked business. Prospect audits don't count.
- What's in the trial?
- 7 days, no card: 5 tracked businesses, deep scans, weekly pulses and 3 prospect audits. Pick a plan any time; your businesses and reports carry over.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your reports stay readable. New scans and schedules pause until you pick a plan.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from Billing in your account, in two clicks. No email to support. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it until then.
- Who handles tax and invoices?
- Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. It charges the right sales tax or VAT and emails the invoices.
- What does white-label cover?
- Every plan from Starter ($59) puts your logo, colour and sender name on PDF reports and report emails. Scale adds reports on your own domain and can hide the “Powered by Pickgap” footer.
