How long we keep it

Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie, a cookie that remembers your current workspace, and your browser's storage for your theme choice and the campaign that brought you to the free checker. With analytics on, PostHog sets its own cookie to recognise repeat visits.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to analytics. Email hello@pickgap.com from the address on your account and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each workspace's data is isolated in the database, reports are stored privately and shared only through expiring or revocable links.

Changes

We will post changes here and email workspace owners about material ones.
